摘要:

传统工业优化往往仅限定在工业系统内,限制了优化的潜力。适当扩展系统的边界,将有助于对复杂系统进行更为精确的分析,从而提高工业系统的效率和盈利能力。自然生态系统在物质和能源短缺的情况下,已经进化了数十亿年,生态学家发展了众多的分析工具和指标来表征生态系统的基本运行原理。这些原理为克服传统工业优化技术的瓶颈提供了新的解决方案。具体地说,基于生态原理,通过模仿生态系统中发现的基本功能角色,工业系统可以实现类生态系统的高效组织运行。本文对中国典型钢铁企业的水网络分别采用传统优化模型与基于生态原理驱动的改进模型进行了优化。工业实例研究表明,采用传统优化模型的水网络优化后,可实现新水消耗、废水排放、综合用水成本分别降低23%、29% 和20%;采用基于生态原理驱动的改进模型,水网络优化后,则可使新水用量和综合用水成本进一步降低21%和25%,并实现废水零排放。研究结果表明,基于生态原理驱动的改进优化模型更有利于实现工业系统的可持续发展。

制造企业与制造物流组织的对偶原理

摘要:

制造企业与制造物流的产业组织存在经济学意义上的对偶关系。这种对偶关系取决于三个基本要素:①以制造产品为对象组织生产的规模经济效果;②以制造技术为对象组织生产的规模经济效果;③以制造物流为企业产品交换纽带的交易成本。当制造技术进步和制造物流组织具有规模经济与网络经济效应时,制造物流才能做到迅捷性、低成本性、准时性和可靠性,支撑我国实施制造强国战略。从制造企业的生产组织分析入手,将制造企业划分为以制造产品为对象和以制造技术为对象的两种理想化生产组织,建立模型分析了它们与制造物流的组织耦合特性。

Construction of defect-containing UiO-66/MoSe heterojunctions with superior photocatalytic performance for wastewater

摘要: Metal–organic frameworks are recognized as promising multifunctional materials, especially metal–organic framework-based photocatalysts, which are considered to be ideal photocatalytic materials. Herein, a new type of UiO-66/MoSe2 composite was prepared using the solvothermal method. The optimum composite was selected by adjusting the mass ratio of UiO-66 and MoSe2. X-ray diffraction analysis showed that the mass ratio influenced the crystal plane exposure rate of the composite, which may have affected its photocatalytic performance. The composite is composed of ultra-thin flower-like MoSe2 that wrapped around cubic UiO-66, a structure that increases the abundance of active sites for reactions and is more conducive to the separation of carriers. The photocatalytic properties of the composite were evaluated by measuring the degradation rate of Rhodamine B and the catalyst’s ability to reduce Cr(VI)-containing wastewater under visible light irradiation. Rhodamine B was decolorized completely in 120 min, and most of the Cr(VI) was reduced within 150 min. The photochemical mechanism of the complex was studied in detail. The existence of Mo6+ and oxygen vacancies, in addition to the Z-type heterojunction promote the separation of electrons and holes, which enhances the photocatalytic effect.

摘要: Poly(2-hydroxyethylmethacrylate) chains were grafted onto the backbone of agar using a microwave assisted method involving a combination of microwave irradiation and ceric ammonium nitrate to initiate the grafting reaction. The synthesized graft copolymers were characterized by intrinsic viscosity measurements, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis (C, H, N, O and S) and scanning electron microscopy. Ag-g-P(HEMA)-2 showed a much higher flocculation efficacy than agar. The optimized dosage of flocculation for Ag-g-P(HEMA)-2 in the wastewater was found to be 0.75 ppm. Compared to agar, Ag-g-P(HEMA)-2 was found to considerably reduce the pollutant load in the wastewater.

摘要:

陶瓷喷墨打印是一种基于微滴累加的成形技术,典型的微滴体积为10~100 pL。实现微滴累加成形的关键是开发稳定的陶瓷墨水,合适的墨水需要满足由雷诺数和韦伯数定义的流变特性参数空间。在微滴累加成形过程中,微滴首先与成形面碰撞变形并消耗动能,然后在毛细管力作用下铺展并达到平衡状态。已经可以确定的是打印过程中微滴相互作用并形成一维线性特征的机理,但是对二维和三维结构成形机理的认识还处于较低水平,成形二维面的稳定性低于成形一维线性结构。多数情况下,墨水通过蒸发固化,微滴碰撞基体所产生的“咖啡环”缺陷需要通过固化工艺加以控制。已经有大量文献报道了使用喷墨打印技术成形各种类型小型陶瓷零件的成功案例。作为一种未来的制造技术,陶瓷喷墨打印技术有广阔的应用前景。本综述的目的是探索陶瓷喷墨打印技术未来潜在的研究领域,加强对这种制造方法的理解。

Efficient dechlorination of 2,4-dichlorophenol in an aqueous media with a mild pH using a Pd/TiO

摘要: In this study, palladium-loaded titania nanotubes was fabricated on a titanium plate (Pd/TiO NTs/Ti) for efficient electrodechlorination of 2,4-chlorophenol with a mild pH condition. The nature of Pd/TiO NTs/Ti electrodes was characterized by field-emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and cyclic voltammetry (CV) techniques. The characterization results indicated the generation of Pd nanoparticles which were evenly dispersed on titania nanotubes arrays on the Pd/TiO NTs/Ti surface. An effective degradation efficiency of up to 91% was achieved within 60 min at cathode potential of −0.7 V ( SCE) and initial pH of 5.5. The effects of the applied cathode potential and initial pH on the degradation efficiency were studied. A near neutral condition was more favorable since very low and very high pHs were not conducive to the dechlorination process. Furthermore, the intermediates analysis showed that the Pd/TiO NTs/Ti electrode could completely remove chlorine from 2, 4-dichlorophenol since only phenol was detected as the byproduct and the concentration of released chlorine ions indicated near-complete dechlorination. This work presents a good alternative technique for eliminating persistent chlorophenols in polluted wastewater without maintaining strong acidic environment.

Mathematical model and manufacture programming of loxodromic-type normal circular-arc spiral bevel gear

In this paper, loxodromic-type normal circular-arc spiral bevel gear is proposed as a novel application of the circular-arc tooth profile at the gear transmission with intersecting axes. Based on the principle of molding-surface conjugation, the study develops a mathematical model for the tooth alignment curve and the computational flow at the design stage to enable the generation of the tooth surface. Machining of the tooth surface is then carried out to determine the interference-free tool path of the numerical control (NC). Moreover, a pair of loxodromic-type normal circular-arc spiral bevel gears is manufactured on computer numerical control (CNC) machine tools. The proposed theory and method are experimentally investigated, and the obtained results primarily reflect the superior performance of the proposed novel gear.

Emerging challenges to structural integrity technology for high-temperature applications

摘要: Structural integrity technology has been widely used with great success for the design, manufacture and failure prevention of modern constructions such as chemical and petrochemical plants, power generation and energy conversion systems, as well as space and oceanic exploration. The modern needs of structural integrity technology are largely attributed to the increase of service temperature of the structures that results in the efficiency improvement in energy conversion and chemical processing technologies. Besides the needs arising from large-scale high-temperature plants, the high tech developments, such as micro chemo-mechanical systems and high-power electronics, provide new challenges to structural integrity technology. The present paper summarizes the recent technical progresses in large process plants and the aviation industry, micro chemo-mechanical systems, fuel cells, high-temperature electronics, and packaging and coating technologies. The state-of-the-art of structural integrity technology for high temperature applications is reviewed. Suggestions are provided for the improvement of current design and assessment methods.

Preparation and characterization of hydrothermally engineered TiO

摘要: This work targets the preparation and characterization of an inexpensive TiO -fly ash composite membrane for oily wastewater treatment. The composite membrane was fabricated by depositing a hydrophilic TiO layer on a fly ash membrane via the hydrothermal method, and its structural, morphological and mechanical properties were evaluated. The separation potential of the composite membrane was evaluated for 100–200 mg·L synthetic oily wastewater solutions. The results show that the composite membrane has excellent separation performance and can provide permeate stream with oil concentration of only 0.26–5.83 mg·L . Compared with the fly ash membrane in the average permeate flux and performance index (49.97 × 10 m ·m ·s and 0.4620%, respectively), the composite membrane exhibits better performance (51.63 × 10 m ·m ·s and 0.4974%). For the composite ash membrane, the response surface methodology based analysis inferred that the optimum process parameters to achieve maximum membrane flux and rejection are 207 kPa, 200 mg·L and 0.1769 m·s for applied pressure, feed concentration and cross flow velocity, respectively. Under these conditions, predicted responses are 41.33 × 10 m ·m ·s permeate flux and 98.7% rejection, which are in good agreement with the values obtained from experimental investigations (42.84 × 10 m ·m ·s and 98.82%). Therefore, we have demonstrated that the TiO -fly ash composite membrane as value added product is an efficient way to recycle fly ash and thus mitigate environmental hazards associated with the disposal of oily wastewaters.
